WHAT IS OZFLIX?

Ozflix is an innovative new streaming service dedicated to Australian only feature film content. It is a pay-per-view platform that features a diverse range of movies from our earliest efforts to the newest releases, as well as some original content that supports the features themselves including film analysis and interview programs.

 

WHAT IS THE DEAL FOR PRODUCERS?

Revenue is split evenly between Ozflix and other rights holders regardless of size and scope of production. Ozflix are licencing for non-exclusive T-VOD. 

 

HOW DO I GET MY FILM ON OZFLIX?

HOW MANY FILMS DO YOU HAVE?

We are aiming to stream every Aussie movie ever however at this early stage we only have access to hundreds of Australian films. The road is long but our passion is great.

 

WHAT IS AN AUSTRALIAN FILM?

The definition of 'Australian' film is open to interpretation, at OzFlix we are willing to consider any films with majority Australian funding and/or creative control and in some instances, cultural value.

 

WHAT IS A FEATURE FILM?

A feature film is a narrative fictional work over 60 minutes.

 

ARE YOU ACCEPTING DOCUMENTARIES?

Our focus is Australian narrative feature films, however we will consider documentaries of cultural significance, mocumentaries, and fictionalised true stories.

 

ARE YOU ACCEPTING SHORT FILMS?

Not at this stage.
